Our Support Team may use this facility to instigate a one-time Remote Desktop Sharing Session with you to expedite the resolution of your issue / query remotely.

During Remote Desktop Sharing the ITWORX Support Team will have full access to your system. We suggest you close all programs not related to your issue and for you to remain at your computer during the sharing session to view our Engineers activities.

You may terminate this Desktop Sharing Session, at any time, by clicking the X in the upper right hand corner of the applet window. The ITWORX Support Team will treat all viewing or collected information as personal / private information and it will be subject to the ITWORX Privacy Statement.
